Welcome to The Refuge at Dirickson Creek! More than a destination, a community should be welcoming and also inspire residents toward common goals. We encourage all residents to be involved in making The Refuge the best it can be to benefit us all. Our community’s website is intended to serve as a comprehensive resource for current and potential residents, and for the public.

Proposal for Additional Townhomes ……… the ballot is coming…. the ballot is coming
The ballots to amend the Declaration for the additional townhomes as presented by the developer will be mailed in early January.  As some HOA members leave for warmer climates for the winter, or take an extended vacation, the Board is requesting that you provide SeaScape Property Management an address to where the ballot may be mailed as it is important that all HOA members receive and return their ballot.  The ballot will be mailed in a clearly marked envelope with a stamped return address envelope.  The Board thanks you in advance.
