Welcome to The Refuge at Dirickson Creek! More than a destination, a community should be welcoming and also inspire residents toward common goals. We encourage all residents to be involved in making The Refuge the best it can be to benefit us all. Our community’s website is intended to serve as a comprehensive resource for current and potential residents, and for the public.

Amendment to Allow Additional Townhouses Passes: We have received an unprecedented 281 ballots returned from a total of 310 mailed to homeowners of The Refuge at Dirickson Creek. An additional 20 were available to be voted upon by the developer, but with the number of affirmative votes received from the owners of settled lots, those were not necessary for inclusion. Not counting those of the Developer, we received 261 votes in favor of the Amendment, 20 votes not in favor of the Amendment, one received which was blank, and 28 not received. The total number of affirmative votes necessary for the Amendment to pass was 221. With 261 votes from the members of the community to approve the Amendment to permit the Developer to build an additional 20 townhomes, the Amendment passes.

The Refuge Board of Directors and The Refuge Townhome Board of Directors would like to thank Jim Napolitano and his group of volunteers who provided valuable information to the homeowners, to all of you who submitted your vote, and to Al Herb and Barry Mones who joined the Board as witnesses to the computation of votes.
