Refuge Holiday Cocktail Party at Catch 54. The top floor will be reserved for the Refuge holiday party. Ticket sale ends on Friday, November 28th. Please contact one of the ticket sellers below if you wish to  join us for a fun-filled evening at the beautiful Catch 54 Restaurant.

Book Club Meeting
Friday, December 5th, 10:00 AM at Club House
This month's selection is celebrating Maya Angelou by reading I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings.  We also selected a book recommended by Anna, The Distance Between Us, by Reyne Grand. Also proposed in preparation for our January meeting, a trip to the Clayton Theater on December 15, for a screening of Gone With The Wind.  Selection for January will be Ruth's Journey, by Donald McCraig. This is a prequel to Gone With the Wind authorized by the Mitchell estate. Stay tuned for more details.
Lady's Lunch Group DATE CHANGE

Meeting with Bunting-Gray, LLC November 8, 2014: The following are answers to questions provided prior to the meeting and questions asked during the meeting held at the Ocean City Elks Lodge on November 8, 2014: Jonathan Poole of SeaScape Property Management opened the meeting by thanking everyone for attending and then introduced Mr. Bunting and Mr. Gray. Concerns Raised on Del. 54 Safety: Residents of communities lining the Route 54 corridor through Fenwick Island and Selbyville are creating their own political action group to lobby state legislators for better police protection in their communities. To read the complete article in the Sunday New Journal, Click Here.

AED Training sign up. The Refuge will purchase an AED that will reside in the fitness center. The HOA will be providing training free of charge to those who would like to be trained. If you would like to be trained in how to administer AED and CPR please click on the contact us link on the left column and choose SeaScape Management.

Mobile Patrol Security:  If you have an emergency please call 911 you can then call the Bayside Security Patrol Dispatcher at 302-384-6542. If you have a non-emergency please notify one of the members of the Security Committee. Please also report the incident to the HOA Property Manager, Jonathan Poole at SeaScape PM, 302-645-2222.
