Welcome to The Refuge at Dirickson Creek! More than a destination, a community should be welcoming and also inspire residents toward common goals. We encourage all residents to be involved in making The Refuge the best it can be to benefit us all. Happy Hour at the Pool
Friday, August 22nd to Friday, September 12th, 6 pm to 9 pm at Refuge Pool
Join your neighbors for an evening of fun and conversation. Bring a snack to share and a beverage of your choice.  Please remember, no glass permitted in the pool area.
Karaoke Night
Sunday, August 24th, 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm at Refuge Pool

Refuge Annual HOA meeting
Saturday, October 11th, 10:00 am at Roxanna Fire Department
The Annnual Refuge HOA meeting is open to all Refuge homeowners. An election to fill two vacant seats on the HOA Board of Directors will be held. If you are interested in running for one of the seats, please sent your statement of candidacy Jonathan Poole at SeaScape.
Clothing Our Kids Charity Golf Tournament

Special Notice: The Refuge pool will close early on Sunday, August 24th at 6:00 pm to clear out the pool area for the Community Musical Evening which will begins at 6:30 p.m.
Docents Needed For Sand Castle Home Tour: The 10th Annual Sand Castle Home Tours sponsored by the Art League of Ocean City need some volunteer docents for the 11 fabulous homes on the tour. You can volunteer for either morning or afternoon shifts on September 18th or 19th. Volunteers receive a $10 discount on the ticket price of $30. If you are interested in volunteering please contact: Barb Malone. If you would like more information or to purchase tickets, visit the Art League of Ocean City's website.

NEW Security Rules Enforcement Policy: Click here to read the new security rules and enforcement policy. 
NEW Fitness Equipment at the Clubhouse: We have recently taken delivery of a new Recumbent Cross Trainer for the fitness room.  The new item provides a total body workout. An instruction manual is posted in the fitness room. The User Manual is on the counter next to the sink, please do not remove it from the center. Ponds and Waterways: Please note, no yard waste should be disposed of into the ponds. Also no one is permitted to use the ponds or fishing or swimming. Envirotech maintains the health of the ponds and adjusts for algaecide dispersement. 
Mobile Patrol Security:  If you have an emergency please call 911 you can then call the Bayside Security Patrol Dispatcher at 302-827-2488. If you have a non-emergency please notify one of the members of the Security Committee. Please also report the incident to the HOA Property Manager, Jonathan Poole at SeaScape PM, 302-645-2222.
