Welcome to The Refuge at Dirickson Creek! More than a destination, a community should be welcoming and also inspire residents toward common goals. We encourage all residents to be involved in making The Refuge the best it can be to benefit us all. Community Yard Sale and Craft Sale
Saturday, June 10th, 8 a.m. til 12 p.m.
We know there is a great deal of untapped talent in our neighborhood so. this year our regular yard sale will be advertised as the "Refuge Community Yard Sale and Craft Sale".  If you have or make homemade crafts, now is your opportunity to sell them along with your yard sale items. It's up to you. Just set up a table on your property, as usual. This is strictly a community-based effort. No outside vendors.

Monday, June 12th, 6:30 pm til 8 pm at Clubhouse
Meet at Clubhouse for directions and carpooling. View some of our outstanding neighbors'  gardens and finish at The Refuge Sunset Garden for some dessert !
Bring a chair to watch the sunset.

Water Aerobics
Water aerobics will begin Monday, May 29 at 9 AM at the pool. The one hour sessions are held on Mon., Wed., and Friday mornings at 9. All are welcome to attend.
HOA Board Meeting Schedule for 2017
The Board has established the following meeting schedule for the balance of 2017. ALL HOMEOWNERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND!
3rd Quarter Meeting - Sat., Jul. 22nd, 10 a.m. in the Clubhouse
2017 Annual Meeting - Sat., Nov. 4th, 10 a.m. at Swann Keys 
4th Quarter Meeting - TBD (Will be announced as soon as possible)
Yard Waste Pick-up Reminder
Yard waste pick-up is scheduled every other week on the Tuesday after "recycle Monday". Remember to put your bags out the night before as they come very early in the morning. Stickers may be purchased from Seascape Property Management for $2.00 each. Please complete the Yard Waste Sticker form and mail it per the instructions on the document.
Please see the attached document for information about being aware and prepared in case of evacuation due to weather or other emergency.
Household Battery Recycling: Please continue to utilize the collection bucket located in the foyer of the Clubhouse. Please see this document for more information.
Mobile Patrol Security: If you have an emergency please call 911. If you see someone acting suspiciously or who may be trespassing, please also report this to the Bayside Security Patrol Dispatcher at 302-384-6542 so that they will have a record of the incident. From their vehicles, Bayside Security Patrol Officers can monitor the Sussex County Emergency Operations Center. During normal business hours, please also report the incident to the HOA Property Manager, Jonathan Poole at SeaScape PM, 302-645-2222.
