What's Happening
Delaware Botanic Gardens Presentation
Saturday, February 25th at East Coast Nursery (3066 Cordrey Rd., Millsboro, DE)
The Delaware Botanic Gardens will conduct a 2 hour presentation on Deer-Resistant Native Perennials on February 25th from 10 a.m. to noon. Reservations are not necessary.
 
Ocean City AARP Chapter 1917 Fundraiser
Saturday, February 25th, Noon until 2 p.m.
Ocean City AARP Chapter 1917 will be holding a Fund Raiser Luncheon from noon until 2 p.m. at Carrabba's Italian Grill. Please see the FLYER for details. Proceeds to support the Stephen Decatur Scholarship.
 
Ladies Card Night at the Clubhouse
Wednesday, March 1st, 6:30 p.m. at Meeting Room of the Clubhouse
Ladies, join your neighbors for card games such as Canasta and other popular games.
No RSVP necessary. The plan is to repeat this every first Wednesday evening of each month.
 
Indian River School District Referendum
Thursday, March 2nd
Please click here for a flyer about the upcoming Indian River School District Referendum and the public meetings that are being held to provide information on what the referendum is for. There are four meetings being held in four different locations in advance of the March 2nd vote intended to provide information regarding the referendum. Everyone in our community is encouraged to PLEASE ATTEND one of these meetings. This is a non-political issue......EVERYONE should care about our local education system and making it the best it can be.

HOA Board Meeting Schedule for 2017
Following up on a suggestion made at the 2016 Annual Meeting, the Board has established the following meeting schedule for the balance of 2017. ALL HOMEOWNERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND!
2nd Quarterly Meeting - Sat., Apr. 22nd, 10 a.m. in the Clubhouse
3rd Quarterly Meeting - Sat., Jul. 22nd, 10 a.m. in the Clubhouse
2017 Annual Meeting - Sat., Nov. 4th, 10 a.m. at Swann Keys 
4th Quarterly Meeting - TBD (Will be announced as soon as possible)

A homeowner was walking their dog on Leisure going towards pool. They noticed a fresh apple all cut up left for the deer and someone placed fresh hay further back in the woods behind the apple. Thank you.

Please see the attached document for information about being aware and prepared in case of evacuation due to weather or other emergency.
 
Household Battery Recycling: Please continue to utilize the collection bucket located in the foyer of the Clubhouse. Please see this document for more information.
 
Mobile Patrol Security: If you have an emergency please call 911. If you see someone acting suspiciously or who may be trespassing, please also report this to the Bayside Security Patrol Dispatcher at 302-384-6542 so that they will have a record of the incident. From their vehicles, Bayside Security Patrol Officers can monitor the Sussex County Emergency Operations Center. During normal business hours, please also report the incident to the HOA Property Manager, Jonathan Poole at SeaScape PM, 302-645-2222.
