Proposal for Additional Townhomes Ballot Mailing Occurred Friday, January 23, 2015
Dear Fellow HOA Members:
A ballot for which to vote for the Amendment to the Declaration of Reservations, Restrictions, Covenants and Easements for the Refuge at Dirickson Creek HOA was sent to each Member of the HOA on Friday, January 23, 2015.  As explained in the cover letter from the Board of the HOA, there is a time frame within which ballots must be returned and counted in order for the vote to be “official”.  The proposed additional 20 townhomes are fully endorsed by both The Refuge Townhome HOA and Master HOA Board of Directors to provide the best future for The Refuge. If you do not already have your packet of information, please email to ensure that the packet was mailed to the correct address.
Thank you.  The Board thanks you in advance.
