HOA Board Meeting Schedule for 2017
Following up on a suggestion made at the 2016 Annual Meeting, the Board has established the following meeting schedule for the balance of 2017. ALL HOMEOWNERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND!
2nd Quarterly Meeting - Sat., Apr. 22nd, 10 a.m. in the Clubhouse
3rd Quarterly Meeting - Sat., Jul. 22nd, 10 a.m. in the Clubhouse
2017 Annual Meeting - Sat., Nov. 4th, 10 a.m. at Swann Keys
4th Quarterly Meeting - TBD (Will be announced as soon as possible)

A homeowner was walking their dog on Leisure going towards pool. They noticed a fresh apple all cut up left for the deer and someone placed fresh hay further back in the woods behind the apple. Thank you.

so that they will have a record of the incident. From their vehicles, Bayside Security Patrol Officers can monitor the Sussex County Emergency Operations Center. During normal business hours, please also report the incident to the HOA Property Manager, Jonathan Poole
