We encourage all residents to be involved in making The Refuge the best it can be to benefit us all. Our community’s website is intended to serve as a comprehensive resource for current and potential residents, and for the public.

Refuge Crawl Space Encapsulation
The Refuge Men’s Group is investigating the best method and best contractor to encapsulate crawl spaces under Refuge homes to control moisture and prevent mold.  A team is developing a list/statement of work for the encapsulation project which will be presented to a set of contractors.  After discussing their proposals, the group will recommend a contractor (or two) to meet our group.  If there’s adequate interest, we would also seek a “volume discount” from the selected contractor.
BY NO LATER THAN November 18 the team would like to know if you are interested in encapsulating the crawl space under your home.  Replies should be sent to Jack Powell at:
Those responding to Jack will be invited to a group meeting with the recommended contractor (or two).  Your response does not financially commit you to have the work performed.  Hopefully this meeting will occur before the holidays and year’s end.
